LACK OF CONCENTRATION
Firstly, losing one’s focus and feeling distracted is a normal and periodic occurrence in our lives. But persistent absences of lack of concentration or difficulty in channelizing thoughts are signs of a chronic condition that needs to be addressed on priority.
