Why Therapy?
Maybe you are seeking clarity around a specific problem. Maybe you’re hoping for a space in which you can simply cry, or rage, without being judged. It is all welcome. Maybe you need to tell your story and have it witnessed.
What Happens?
Hopefully by working with your therapist you will become more aware of what stops you from experiencing your potential and what gets you closer to an authentic way of living. It is up to you how much or how little you would like to talk about your past and how this might be affecting your present. Your therapist will aim to allow enough safe space and empathic understanding to untangle beliefs that no longer serve you, setting you free.
